These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your membership with the Cambridge Oxford Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Society ("the Society"). By signing up as a member, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before becoming a member of the Society.

1. Membership Eligibility:

1.1. Membership is open to individuals who are alumni of Cambridge University, Oxford University, or Harvard University.

1.2. The Society reserves the right to verify the authenticity of alumni status by requesting relevant documentation if required.

1.3. Membership is not transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

2. Membership Benefits:

2.1. As a member of the Society, you will have access to various benefits, including networking events, educational programs, workshops, mentorship opportunities, and other resources organized by the Society.

2.2. The Society reserves the right to modify or discontinue any membership benefits at its sole discretion.

3. Code of Conduct:

3.1. As a member, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when participating in any Society activities.

3.2. You shall not engage in any conduct that is discriminatory, offensive, harmful, or illegal.

3.3. You shall respect the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by other members during Society events or through other Society channels.

3.4. Violation of the code of conduct may result in the termination of your membership without refund.

4. Membership Fees:

4.1. Membership fees are determined by the Society and are subject to change. The current membership fee will be communicated during the registration process.

4.2. Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Termination:

5.1. The Society reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without providing a reason.

5.2. You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to the Society.

5.3. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to membership benefits, and no refund of membership fees will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, associated with the Society shall remain the property of the Society.

6.2. Members shall not use the Society's intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. The Society shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your membership or participation in any Society activities.

7.2. The Society does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided or shared by its members.

8. Amendments:

8.1. The Society reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be communicated to members through email or other appropriate means.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Society is registered.

9.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

10. Use of Member Documents for Publicity:

10.1. As a member of the Cambridge Oxford Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Society, you acknowledge and grant the Society a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any documents or materials submitted by you for the purpose of publicizing the Society and its activities.

10.2. This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to display the documents or materials in any format for promotional purposes.

10.3. The Society may use your name, affiliation with the Society, and excerpts from your documents or materials for promotional and marketing materials, including but not limited to the Society's website, social media channels, and brochures.

10.4. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the Society the license mentioned in this clause.

By signing up as a member of the Cambridge Oxford Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Society, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
